Entrepreneurs are happier than employees. According to the latest survey conducted in Finland 37% of entrepreneurs feel happy at work every day vs. only 26% of employees. They consider their work rewarding and feel more accomplished. Interestingly, only 12% mention money as an important motivation factor. Where does this leave employees? They eat healthier and do more exercise. At least the “rat race” keeps you fit…
